Dave's Hawaiian Ice Cream

One evening we decided to take the boys to enjoy some ice cream, so we headed to Dave's Hawaiian Ice Cream in Waipahu (Waipio) since we were in the area.

The boys had kiddie scoops of Chocolate and Strawberry.

And I had to get my favorite ice cream flavor--Cookies n Cream!
The ice cream was good, but the prices were a little on the high side.

Still, it was a nice way to end our evening--with an indulgent treat!

    I had no idea there was a Dave's Ice Cream in Waipio. Unfortunately the Dave's on Kapahulu Ave closed down, but you can still get Dave's Ice Cream at Sears Ala Moana (lower level). One of their most popular flavors is the green tea.
