Shige's Saimin Stand

For years I've wanted to try Shige's Saimin Stand after a former co-worker would always tell me how much she loved the saimin (she would always order a saimin and hamburger), and I finally got a chance to go to Shige's the other day!

Since it was a hot day, I decided not to order saimin, but instead ordered the Fried Saimin.
I loved how it was topped with green onions, eggs, kamaboko, char-siu, and luncheon meat.  It was filling and tasty.  I would definitely eat it again!

DH wasn't that hungry so he just got a BBQ Cheeseburger Deluxe.
He enjoyed it!

I don't know when I'll be back again, but hopefully I'll be able to try the saimin the next time!
