The food truck craze is far from over.  There are more than ever, hitting the streets of Honolulu on a daily basis.  One of my favorite trucks to visit is Via Gelato.  Owner Melissa Bow is the mastermind behind this truck, creating handmade gelato from scratch on a daily basis, using as many local ingredients as possible.   Her menu changes daily (and sometimes changes during the day), so the best way to see where she's at and what she's serving is to follow her on Twitter (@ViaGelato), Instagram (@ViagelatoHawaii), or Facebook (Via Gelato).
