California Pizza Kitchen & Pizza Dough Rewards

We recently went to California Pizza Kitchen in Aiea (Pearlridge) for lunch after running some errands in the area.
Complimentary Bread and Olive Oil
I signed up for Pizza Dough Rewards, through which I automatically received a reward for a Free Small Plate, and I ended up getting the Spicy Chicken Tinga Quesadilla
