Kimukatsu

A lot of places in Hawaii offer tonkatsu (deep fried breaded pork cutlet).  Kimukatsu in Waikiki sets itself apart from the rest by making theirs out of 25 thinly sliced layers of pork.  The pork is tender, juicy, and full of flavor.  It's certain to please any tonkatsu-lover.

Not a fan of dining in Waikiki?  Not to worry because you can also find them at Shirokiya in the Ala Moana Shopping Center on the second floor.

It's hard to count the layers, but I have no doubt that there are 25 layers in there!

Their tonkatsu meals come with a bottomless bowl of shredded cabbage.

Side order Agedashi Tofu
