Peanut Butter and Jelly Skewers

Once in a while I try to get creative with my kids' lunches, and after searching online for some ideas, I found this cute idea for Peanut Butter and Jelly on a Stick from A Whisk and Two Wands.

So I did the same - I cut the crust off some PB&J sandwiches, cut them into squares, and put them on skewers (I also made some on lollipop sticks) with some banana slices.

And then I added a special treat at the end - a peanut butter cup!

My 2 older boys loved it, but my youngest didn't care for the fun presentation.

But I'll continue to make them.  They're such a cute way to eat PB&J!
