Via Gelato opens in Kaimuki

Via Gelato, which started out as a food truck and then as a vendor at farmers markets, is now a brick and mortar in Kaimuki. 

Owner Melissa Bow uses local ingredients and handmakes her gelato daily. Flavors change daily, keeping things fresh and interesting. Sandwiches and soups are also on the menu.
