Salted Lemon

I don't know where I've been for the last 5+ years of this acai bowl trend, but after reading acai was almost unknown outside the Amazon twenty years ago and not exported from Brazil until 2000, I don't feel so bad.  So thanks to my Yelp app and Salted Lemon, I had my first acai bowl yesterday.  

I don't have experience for comparison, but I can say with 100% certainty that it was delicious!  The portion is generous and I really loved it!  I am officially hooked.  They also offer other speciality items like their papaya boat, which looks amazing.  I'm looking forward to coming back and trying out  their juices and smoothies.  

Parking can be a challenge as there are a few metered stalls in the front.  But their acai bowls are definitely worth it.  The service was awesome.  

Located at 1723 Liliha Street and open from 9am to 6pm daily except for Sundays 9am to 2pm. Such a great addition to the neighborhood!
