Shimazu Store

I love to take the kids to different shops around the island to eat shave ice, and a recent outing brought us to Shimazu Store.

Chocolate Crème Pie

My kids love everything chocolate, so of course they had to get chocolate-flavored shave ice.  The Chocolate and Chocolate Crème Pie tasted very similar - I could barely notice a difference, but the Chocolate Crème Pie did taste a tad bit sweeter.

The Bananas Foster was delicious (I thought it was a little sweeter than "regular" banana), and my youngest enjoyed his "rainbow" shave ice.

I love that there were kid sizes available, even though that was still a pretty large serving (I can't even imagine how big the Ex-Large size is). 

There are many other flavors available, and I can't wait to try out different ones the next time we go to Shimazu.
