Libby's Fruit and Vegetable Cups Review

Note: Complimentary product was received for review purposes.

I'm fortunate that my oldest son will pretty much eat (or at least try) any fruit or vegetable, but my youngest two sons are SO picky.  I often try to get them to eat various fruits and vegetables, just as I did when I received some Libby's Vegetable Cups and Fruit Cups.

Libby's Vegetable Cups, available in 4oz serving sizes, are low in calories and free of saturated fats and trans-fats.  Libby's Fruit Cups do not contain any added sugars, and no artificial sweeteners or preservatives.

My kids LOVED the Cherry Mixed Fruit Cups!  The Diced Peaches were also another fave.

As for the vegetable cups, I actually used them as sides for dinner (love that they are microwavable!), and my kids did eat the Whole Kernel Sweet Corn, but when it came to the Green Beans, they tasted them, but didn't care for them.

However, I'm so pleased that they tried everything, and for my youngest two picky eaters, the fact that they ate the fruit cups is progress (my middle will only eat bananas and strawberries, my youngest only strawberries).

Because the cups are just 4 oz, I didn't have to worry about a lot of waste, and the cups simply make it convenient to grab a healthy afterschool snack, or add a healthy side (no can opener needed!).

Check out the sweet ideas below using Libby's Vegetable and Fruit Cups - I'm definitely going to try some of them, and next time I'll throw the Green Beans into a casserole!
·         Sweet Corn Frozen Pops
·         Avocado Sweet Pea Frozen Pops
·         Peach Carrot Frozen Pops
