Old-Fashioned Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe

I love to bake chocolate chip cookies, but I have yet to find THE recipe that I truly love. However, I did try this recipe found on the back of the Kirkland Signature Chocolate Chips bag, and it was pretty darn good!

Old-Fashioned Chocolate Chip Cookies (recipe credit Kirkland Signature Chocolate Chips Bag)

Ingredients:

• 3/4 c (1 1/2 sticks) butter, softened
• 1/2 c sugar
• 1 c brown sugar, packed
• 2 large eggs
• 1 T vanilla extract
• 1 t baking soda 
• 1/2 t salt
• 2 cups flour
• 2 cups Kirkland Signature Chocolate Chips

Directions:

• Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit
• In a medium bowl combine butter and sugars until creamy.
• Add eggs and vanilla; mix well.
• Mix in baking soda and salt.
• Add in flour until blended.
• Fold in chocolate chips.
• Drop by teaspoonfuls onto parchment-lined baking sheet.
• Bake for approximately 12 minutes.
