Samurai Snacks Aiea

While in Aiea, we decided to take the kids to Samurai Snacks Aiea to try the popular Hawaiian Frost (aka Samurai Shave Ice).

Chocolate/Haupia Swirl
Hawaiian Frost is served soft-serve style in cups or cones, as well as pre-packed.

Although there was only one flavor available on soft-serve the day we went (often times they have two different flavors, and getting them both makes for a very fun-looking treat!), fortunately the flavor was Strawberry, which my kids loved (kid sizes are available, and it's a generous serving).

Of course my oldest, who loves chocolate, opted for the Chocolate/Haupia, which was really delicious!

We can't wait to go back and try more flavors!
