Teddy's Bigger Burgers and An Example of Great Customer Service

Over the weekend we had dinner with some friends and their families at Teddy's Bigger Burgers in Aiea.

Garlic Fries

Onion Rings

Kids Corn Dog

Kids Burger

Kids Chicken Nuggets

Kids Fries

5 oz Original Burger with Bacon and Swiss

Since I wasn't very hungry I only ate some Onion Rings and Fries, both of which were good.

I thought the kids meals were reasonably-priced, and my husband devoured his burger, which he thought was really good, despite how messy it was.

We were at Teddy's around 6pm, so it was quite busy, and we did have a bit of a wait for our order.

Our friend's order, however, seemed to be taking an unusually long time, so he went up to the counter to find out the status of his order, only to discover that his order was lost!

He came back to the table and told us what happened, and shortly thereafter an employee came by to apologize once again and offered some complimentary shakes.

Then another employee came by and gave him some money back for a portion of his order, once again apologizing for the error.

I was very impressed, as he did not (and was actually not willing to) ask for anything as a result of the inconvenience.

Throughout the evening I noticed how friendly the staff members were, and this situation only exemplified their customer service.

Kudos to Teddy's for the great food and great service!
