To make them even more indulgent, I filled some with Nutella...
and then made another batch filled with melted chocolate and sprinkled with peanut butter chips. I simply used the back of a melon baller to make and indentation into each cookie cup, then filled each cookie with the desired filling.
You could also fill them with ice cream, like Nadia did (below PC Nadia).
Such a quick, easy, and versatile treat!
