Genki Sushi - Kapolei

Even though I don't eat a lot of sushi, I love going to Genki Sushi because of the variety of food options, as well as the very reasonable prices.

We recently went to the Kapolei location for lunch.

Although there is a keiki bowl available (with hot dog, SPAM, eggs, and rice), my son got the Teriyaki Chicken Bowl.  It was a nice portion of chicken and rice, and I think even I could've been satisfied with that bowl. 

However, I ended up getting the Garlic Chicken, Fries, and Gyoza.  The Garlic Chicken was very flavorful and not overly garlicky, and the fries and gyoza were pretty good too.

My husband had the seafood items, and we were completely stuffed on the seven dishes.

Although the Kapolei location is a lot smaller than the Waikele location that we usually go to, and there is no double rail delivery system or touch screen menus, we still had a really great lunch, and service was excellent.
