Mana Bu's

Musubis are a popular snack in Hawaii.  They're easy to take with you, they're easy to eat on the go, and they have a relatively long shelf life (un-refrigerated).  They're also pretty healthy, depending on what's inside of them. :)

My favorite musubi is at Mana Bu's on South King Street.  Since they sell out of their musubis quite early on in the day, the best time to come is in the mornings, and so I often stop here on my way to work to buy musubis.

They use high quality rice and it is always cooked perfectly.  They use a variety of rice and fillings, and they make approximately 35 different kinds of musubi each day.

My favorite musubi is the baked salmon musubi.  Oishi!
