En Hakkore Cafe Serves up Shave Ice

I love shave ice with azuki bean so I wanted to give patbingsu or korean shave ice a try.  Located inside the Keeaumoku Super Market, En Hakkore Cafe offers it in one size, jumbo for $9.99.  Pricey, but its definitely jumbo enough to feed 3.  It also comes with a mini cup of espresso to pour on the side.  

We ate it without the coffee and my kids and I loved it!  The azuki bean and the fruits were delicious and the texture of the shave ice was perfect.  A perfect treat for a hot summer day.

The cafe has a small seating area and its chic, dark woods decor makes it stand out in the supermarket.  They also serve espresso drinks, fraps, juices and smoothies.  I can't wait to return to try their waffles and soft serve too!
