Itchy Butt

I don't know why anyone would want to name their restaurant "Itchy Butt". It's not exactly the thing you want to associate a dining establishment with.  But whatever the case, the name catches your attention and curiosity and you can't help but want to see what it's all about.

It's a hole-in-the-wall (literally) take out place specializing in fried chicken and rice bowls.  They offer their fried chicken in 6 different flavors: fried, korean seasoned, garlic, green onion, shoyu, or spicy. You can order either a whole chicken, half chicken, or a whole chicken with two different flavors (half and half). Each order of chicken comes with fried cheese sticks, corn, salad, korean style radish, and a canned drink.

If fried chicken is not your thing or you are looking for cheap eats, opt for one of their rice bowls. The bulgogi rice bowl is a great deal at $6. It comes with a generous serving of grilled meat and onions on a bed of white rice.

Everything is made to order, and there is no place to sit and wait (except in your car), so your best bet would be to check out the menu and pics on Yelp and call in your order at least 30 minutes prior to your desired pick up time.

  1. The food looks good but I must say, if I saw this for a name, I wouldn't eat there

  2. I don't blame you - that's how I felt too. If it's any consolation, I didn't experience an itchy butt after eating there!
