Now Available at Sbarro for a Limited Time Only: The 4 Cheese Pizza

Sbarro, known for their original NY style pizza by the slice, has rolled out a new menu item that is only available for the summer: the 4 Cheese Pizza.  It features premium cheeses and a savory garlic taste.  


The premium pie starts with freshly made dough and is covered with a garlic-infused oil. A light creamy white sauce with whole milk ricotta comes next, and then it's topped with 100% whole milk mozzarella, romano, and asiago cheeses. Each pizza is finished with fresh Italian parsley and features a flavored garlic butter herb crust.

I was given the opportunity to sample the 4 Cheese Pizza at our local Sbarro in Hawaii and I must say, my entire family and I were really impressed with this pizza!  


The sauce was very light and not too rich or creamy, but there is enough in there to tease your taste buds. 


The combination of 4 premium cheeses gives the pizza a ton of flavor.  While I always add Parmesan cheese to my pizzas, I didn't need to use any on this one.

As with most traditional NY style pizzas, the crust is thin and soft enough to fold.


Even my 20 month old sons enjoyed this pizza, and they are extremely picky eaters. :)
