Yee Haw! Walt Disney Record’s announced the release of Sheriff Callie’s Wild West soundtrack on June 30th. The soundtrack features 26 songs from the hit Disney Junior TV series “Sheriff Callie’s Wild West” including “Sheriff Callie’s Wild West” theme song, “Amazing Lucky Scarf,” “Picture Perfect” and more!
ABOUT SHERIFF CALLIE’S WILD WEST
The first Western for preschoolers, “Sheriff Callie’s Wild West” follows Callie, a loveable kitty cat sheriff, her deputy woodpecker Peck, and their sweet-natured cactus sidekick, Toby, as they watch over their pleasant little frontier town of Nice and Friendly Corners. Utilizing the folklore of the Old West, each episode in the animated series features two 11-minute stories that focus on character building and being a good friend and neighbor. Whether teaching Peck a lesson about good sportsmanship through a game of horseshoes, or helping her horse Sparky regain his confidence after he slips and falls during a barrel race, Callie always comes to the aid of her townsfolk and in the process, imparts lessons about good morals, manners and social ethics for kids age 2-7. Reinforcing the lessons is a trio of comical prairie dogs who sing little ditties throughout each episode.
