Our family loves going out to eat (especially since I don't know how to cook very well), and below are my top 10 favorite kid-friendly restaurants on Oahu.
There are so many great places to take the kids, but the below restaurants are place that we've dined at numerous times over the past year or so.
1. Big City Diner - Not only do they offer kids meals at a reasonable price for breakfast, lunch, and dinner (includes a drink), but they also give kiddos balloons and toys! |
2. Genki Sushi - They do have a kids menu item, but my kids love eating all sorts of things from the menu - garlic chicken, French fries, edamame...and they love watching the double rail system deliver the food!
3. Gyotaku - We love their Kids Eat Free Deal (every Monday and Tuesday - 1 free kids meal for kids 10 and under with the purchase of 1 adult complete meal). Kids meals come with a drink, dessert, toy, and even origami paper to fold while kids wait for their meals! |
4. Monkeypod Kitchen -
They have a great happy hour menu that we usually take
advantage of instead of ordering kids meals. A couple of pizzas and
fries off of the happy hour menu (plus their yummy Pumpkin Patch
Ravioli) is enough to feed our family of 5! |
5. California Pizza Kitchen - Their kids meals are reasonably priced and include a drink. The kiddie desserts are super cheap too! My kids also love the complimentary bread. |
6. Buffalo Wild Wings - A surprisingly very kid-friendly restaurant. Kids meals include a drink, and kiddos sure love to put on the crowns found all throughout the restaurant. |
7. Cattle Company Steakhouse - I love going to Cattle Company because of the Campfire Steakhouse Dinner deal, but my kids love going to Cattle Company because of the yummy food (I tasted the Kids Chicken Strips and they are good!) and the ice cream sundae, included with all kids meals. |
9. Kaneohe's Boston Pizza - Most kids love pizza, and not only does Kaneohe's Boston Pizza make delicious pizzas (a single slice can feed 3 kids), but their Garlic Knots are a kid fave, and they have a kids play space with toys, games, and a huge chalkboard! |
There are many, many more kid-friendly restaurants on the island, but these are just a few of my current faves.
Mahalo! Will surely use this as a guide on our next trip to Oahu.
