On my trip to Seattle, I visited Tom Douglas' Dahlia Bakery - home of the famous triple coconut cream pie. As soon as I posted a picture on IG, I got a comment to try their donuts. What??? I didn't see any donuts!
I went back inside the little shop and inquired. Turns out they are made to order. Those pillow soft donut bites are amazing on their own and extraordinary when dipped in jam and mascarpone. Amazing!
If you're lucky enough to stop at the bakery, definitely get the donuts! It was a standout on my trip to Seattle!
