S'Mores Chocolate Chip Cookie Pie

A month ago, on National S'Mores Day, at the last minute I decided to make a S'Mores Chocolate Chip Cookie Pie.

It's super simple - just take your favorite chocolate chip cookie recipe and halve it (to make it even easier, you can use refrigerated cookie dough), and bake in a pie pan for approximately 25 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Then sprinkle about 3/4 cup chocolate chips over the baked cookie pie.  Let sit for 5 minutes, and then spread the melted chocolate evenly over the cookie.

Finally, top with about 1 1/2 cups marshmallows, and broil 3-5 minutes until the top is golden brown (keep an eye on it - the marshmallows will burn quickly!).

Super easy, and super yummy!
