During our stay at the
Grand Hyatt Kauai Resort & Spa, we decided to dine at the
Ilima Terrace for breakfast one morning.
They do offer a breakfast menu, but the breakfast buffet was hard to resist (currently $31, but some hotel packages do include the breakfast buffet or a discount).
Ilima Terrace opens at 6am daily, and there were already a few guests dining when we arrived at 5:55am, most of whom went straight for the buffet as well.
Buffet offerings included Eggs Benedict, Portuguese Sausage, Bacon, Fruit, and Pastries.
There was also an Omelet Station, Cereal Bar, Pancake Bar, and so much more!

I loved the variety of foods offered, and my kids really loved the pancake bar!
The service was stellar, and the views were beautiful - even on such a cloudy and rainy morning.
The Ilima Terrace Breakfast Buffet was the perfect way to start a day on Kauai!
