Visit Kauai: Merriman's Gourmet Pizza & Burgers

I'm a big fan of Monkeypod Kitchen by Merriman in Ko Olina, so while in Kauai I was eager to try Merriman's Gourmet Pizza & Burgers.

Located in The Shops at Kukui`ula, Merriman's Gourmet Pizza & Burgers offers a small Happy Hour menu which my husband and I took advantage of.

Garlic Truffle Fries

The Fries, Quesadilla, and Pizza were all Happy Hour menu items.  The Garlic Truffle Fries is a menu item we often order at Monkeypod Kitchen - they are addicting!

The Quesadilla was delicious, and came with a House Made Kim Chee and Mango Sweet Chili Sauce.

The Sweet Shrimp Roasted Garlic Pizza was topped with Fontina Cheese, Sauteed Shrimp, and Roasted Garlic.  It was cheesy, garlicky goodness!

The keiki meals are a bit on the pricey side, especially considering they do not come with a drink or dessert, but I was super surprised with how huge the keiki pizza was - it was the same size as a the shrimp pizza!

Service was good, the food was great, and Merriman's Gourmet Pizza & Burgers was a great spot to grab a casual dinner!
