Grand Hyatt Kauai Resort & Spa is one of my favorite resorts of all time.

| 4. Great service - a special shout out to the engineer who was so friendly and helpful when we needed our air conditioning fixed! |

| 7. Tranquility - despite the number of guests, you could find tranquil spots all throughout the hotel |
