Double-Chocolate Brownie Cookies Recipe

With brownie mix on hand, I was eager to bake something other than plain brownies, so luckily there was a recipe for Double-Chocolate Brownie Cookies recipe right on the box of the Betty Crocker Hershey's Ultimate Chocolate Brownie Mix.

It was so easy to make, and my kids loved them!

Double-Chocolate Brownie Cookies Recipe (recipe credit Betty Crocker)

Ingredients:

• 1 pouch Betty Crocker Hershey's Ultimate Chocolate Brownie Mix.
• 1/4 c vegetable oil
• 1 T water
• 2 eggs

Directions:

• Heat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit
• Line cookie sheet with parchment paper.
• Mix together all ingredients in a large bowl until combined.
• Drop dough by tablespoonfuls onto cookie sheet.
• Bake 12-14 minutes.
