Chocolate-Covered RITZ Peanut Butter Sandwiches

A former co-worker always used to bring chocolate-covered RITZ Peanut Butter Cracker Sandwiches during the holidays (made by his aunties), and I thought I would try and make these yummy treats myself.


They are super easy to make, and a great treat that kids will have fun helping decorate.

Simply spread peanut butter on RITZ Crackers to make sandwiches, refrigerate for about 15 minutes so the sandwiches harden a little, then dip in melted chocolate, and add sprinkles for a festive touch!

Easy and delicious!
