Musashi Style Tonkotsu Ramen |
My ramen, full of Kakuni (pork), Nori (seaweed), Negi (green onions) and Menma (bamboo shoots), was really delicious too. The thick noodles really held onto the flavor of the savory broth.
Dara had the Musashi Style Tonkotsu ramen - a house signature bowl with Negi, Menma, Nori, Ajitama (Egg), and Kakuni.
I definitely hope to be back soon to try other dishes - they have a Bao Set, a Mini Don Set, Build-Your-Own Bowl option, and they also offer Tsukemen!
The restaurant doesn't have a dedicated lot, so parking can get tricky. I got there 10 minutes before it opened so I could snag a parking space right in front of the restaurant, but the food at Menya Musashi is definitely worth hunting down a parking spot for!
