Sea Life Park's New Discovery Reef Touch Pool

My kids love touch pools.  In fact, the last time we went to Sea Life Park, one of their favorite things to do was touch the baby honu (turtle) at the Aloha Touch Pool.  When I heard Sea Life Park was opening up the Discovery Reef Touch Pool - a larger, more interactive touch pool experience, I knew my kids would love it!

They once again got to touch a baby honu.

And they also got to touch a lot more sea creatures in the expanded exhibit - a sea star, sea cucumber, hermit crabs, sea urchins, and cleaner shrimp!

There's also a cool tunnel where you can get up-close-and-personal with baby sharks!

My kids really enjoyed getting to touch a variety of sea creatures while learning all about them too.

While at Sea Life Park we also got to check out the other exhibits:

Penguin Habitat
Feeding the birds in the Aviary
Dolphin Cove
Hawaiian Reef Tank
Sea Lion Feeding Pool
Hawaiian Green Sea Turtle Lagon

Hawaiian Ray Lagoon
They also have two sets of playground equipment, one of which is a new addition since our last visit.

Fun on the slides!
There are several shows throughout the day as well.
Hawaii Ocean Theater Show
And we also took some time to walk the grounds, and we had great views of Manana Island (aka Rabbit Island).

I love that Sea Life Park is continuously making improvements to its exhibits and programs, and they continue to educate and entertain guests of all ages.
