| 2. The view - the hotel is located right along the Spokane River, and we could step out onto the balcony (or simply look out our window) to stare at this gorgeous view. |

| 3. Clean, comfortable rooms - microwave and refrigerators included! |

| 4. Private beach - such a beautiful place to sit and relax, and watch the geese! |
 |
| 5. Convenient location - Red Lion Templin's Hotel on the River is super close to a variety of attractions (such as Post Falls Dam, pictured), and the bigger city of Coeur d'Alene. |

| 6. Plentiful, complimentary parking - even though there were some events going on at the hotel, we never had a problem finding a parking spot! |
