In my quest to find new salmon recipes, I came across this Parmesan Herb-Crusted Salmon recipe from Add a Pinch.
It's definitely a great last-minute meal. You probably already have the crust ingredients on hand - you just need to get some salmon, and you'll have an easy, delicious meal ready in no time!
Parmesan Herb-Crusted Salmon Recipe (recipe credit Add a Pinch)
- 2 lb salmon filet, left whole
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- ¼ c chopped parsley
- ½ c shredded Parmesan cheese
- Preheat oven to 425º F.
- Place salmon, skin side down, onto parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Cover salmon with another piece of parchment paper and bake for 10 minutes.
- While the salmon is baking, combine the remaining ingredients.
- Remove from oven and remove top piece of parchment paper.
- Top the salmon with the Parmesan herb mixture.
- Bake uncovered for approximately 10-15 minutes, or until a meat thermometer registers 135º F and crust is golden brown.
This looks delicious. I wish Military Husband wasn't allergic to seafood!
