Red Velvet Crinkle Cookies (recipe credit Duncan Hines)
Ingredients:
- 1 package Duncan Hines® Signature Red Velvet Cake Mix
- 2 large eggs
- 6 T butter, melted
- 1 t lemon zest
- ½ c confectioner's sugar
- ½ t cornstarch
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Combine all ingredients except sugar and cornstarch in a medium bowl.
- In a separate small blow, blend sugar and cornstarch,
- Shape dough into 1-inch balls and roll in sugar mixture.
- Bake 8 to 9 minutes on parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Cool for a minute on pan before transferring to a wire rack.
