Most likely you'll have all the ingredients on hand. I made some substitutions, but it still turned out delicious!
Baked Dijon Salmon (recipe adapted from Allrecipes)
Ingredients
- 1/4 c butter, melted
- 3 T Dijon mustard
- 1 1/2 T honey
- 1/4 c panko
- 4 t parsley
- 4 4 oz salmon fillets
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
- In a small bowl, mix together the butter, mustard and honey. Spread the mixture on each salmon fillet.
- In a separate small bowl, mix together the bread crumbs and parsley, and sprinkle atop the salmon fillets.
- Bake salmon 12 to 15 minutes.
