The original recipe (click here) calls for from-scratch brownies, but I decided to take a short cut with a brownie mix. I baked the brownies as directed and let cool in the pan. For the frosting, you'll need to cream together 6 tablespoons of softened butter with 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter. Beat in 1 cup of powdered sugar in parts until smooth. Spread the frosting on top of the brownies. I decided to cover and refrigerate so that it would be easier to cut.
