Pumpkin Spice Cake is my go to dessert when I am short on time because it's easy to make and still super yummy.
Start by mixing 1 box of spice cake mix with 3 eggs, 1/2 cup sugar, 1/4 cup brown sugar, 3/4 cup oil, and 1 15oz can of pumpkin. Pour into a greased 9x13 pan and top with a mixture of 1/2 cup chopped nuts, 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon and 1/4 cup sugar. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
The cake is very moist and fluffy and the crumble on top makes it even more special.
