Book Your Next Activity Through Vimbly!

Disclosure:  Complimentary activity received for review purposes.

Need a weekend activity for the kids?  Want to show your out-of-town guests a little fun?  Or are you looking to broaden your horizons with a photography class or food tour?  Then, let Vimbly do the research for you and use their site to discover and book local activities at zero additional cost to you.  There are literally thousands of activities to choose from!

I wanted to choose an activity that my two children and I could do together.  My kids love the water, but have never tried surfing before.  My husband and I don't know how to surf or have access to any of the equipment we would need so booking a small group surf lesson was perfect for us.  Using Vimbly to book our activity was a cinch!  Just choose the activity, select the day/time, and make payment.  Easy!

Our small group surf lesson was with Sunset Suzy's Surf School.  They arrived right on time and brought everything we would need including rashguards.  After instruction on safety in the water as well as the steps to stand on our boards, we were off!  Because my son was a little apprehensive, one of the instructors took him tandem surfing so he could get the hang of it.  While at times he did hold onto the board for dear life, he also had the courage to stand too!

My daughter on the other hand, loved it and stood up on her board her very first try.  I was so impressed!  My tries were not as successful, but I did manage to get up for a few seconds.  I was surprised that I really enjoyed it and it was wonderful to experience something new together.

Thank you so much to Vimbly for sponsoring our small group surf lesson!  The look of concentration on my daughter's face was priceless and seeing my son stand on the surfboard will be locked in my happy memories forever.

We're ready to learn!

We all felt very safe with the instructors helping us along.

We did it!
