Kua `Aina - Kapolei

After catching a matinee at Regal Kapolei Commons 12 with our friends, we decided to have lunch at the nearby Kua `Aina.

I've been to the now closed Kua `Aina Ward location years ago, but this was my first visit to the Kapolei location.

As expected, it was pretty crowded, but we lucked out in immediately finding a table for our party of 7.

With the exception of my oldest son, my kids are not big burger / sandwich eaters, so I decided to share a sandwich with my youngest in case he didn't eat the entire sandwich.  He wanted the Teri Chicken, which I thought was very good.  Luckily we shared, since he didn't really care for the sandwich (he mostly ate fries).

I thought the French Fries were okay - they were tasty, but a little too soggy.

All sandwiches come with lettuce, tomato, grilled onions, mayo, and additional optional toppings for a fee include such items as cheese, bacon, and avocado.

With the exception of my oldest son (whom I suspect was too full from movie popcorn, since he usually finishes his meals no problem), and my youngest son (who filled upon fries), everyone else ate up their sandwiches.

The cashiers were helpful and friendly, and we had a nice meal at Kua `Aina!
