Luibueno's Mexican and Latin Cuisine

I've been to Luibueno's Mexican and Latin Cuisine twice before.  The first time I had tacos, which were pretty good.  The second time I had enchiladas, which I thought lacked flavor. During that visit, however, I thought my husband's dish, the Pescado de la Dia "Ajillo," was amazing, but the fish of the day on this visit was something I had never tried before (it was Mahi when my husband ordered it), so I decided to try something else.

I opted for the Mahi Burrito, wet with cheese (extra charge).  It was my favorite meal that I've ordered thus far at Luibueno's.  The burrito was huge - stuffed with mahi, cabbage, beans, cheese, cilantro, and a white sauce.  The fish was cooked and seasoned perfectly.  I was pretty full from the delicious chips and salsa, so I ended up eating only 1/4 of the burrito.  I could've done without the beans and rice (extra charge), but it's hard to pass them up whenever I eat Mexican food.

My husband loved his steak burrito, and the kids enjoyed their meals.

Kids meals come with Spanish rice and beans, a drink, and a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

Service was excellent!  Our server was fantastic, and the other servers who brought our food were friendly and enthusiastic.

This visit to Luibueno's was the best thanks to the delicious food and stellar service.
