Scoop of Paradise

My favorite ice cream shop on the island is Scoop of Paradise.  There are two locations - one in Haleiwa, and another in Waialua.

Both shops are charming, with kitschy decorations and all sorts of toys and souvenirs for sale.

We recently visited the Waialua location.

I was hoping they'd have Chocolate Triple Crown (which is my favorite flavor they serve), but since they didn't have it, I opted for the Chocolate Mac Nut.

The ice cream is just so creamy and delicious!

My kids and I all ordered kiddie scoops, which are pretty generous servings.  Their single scoops are enormous!

Scoop of Paradise has been making their own ice cream for over a decade, and I absolutely love it!
