I never used to like cheesecake.
It's funny, because while away at college, Nat and I used to frequent the Cheesecake Factory in Beverly Hills, and I never ate cheesecake! It wasn't until I went to a friend's apartment during college for a get-together did I try cheesecake. I reluctantly took a piece that was served to me, and even though it was the simple 3-step cheesecake in a store-bought graham cracker crust, I was sold!
Ever since, I'd often order it for dessert, and would even bake my own cheesecake and cheesecake bar desserts.
I love cheesecake!
