One of my kids opted for Hawaiian Frost Soft Serve, and my two other kids opted for the prepacked flavors.

Unfortunately, I just wish the service was a lot better.
On our last visit, it was as if one of the employees "scolded" me. While I was asking my kids if they wanted a small or keiki size soft serve, an employee told me (not in a nice way) to get them a keiki size because the small is too big. Well - we were planning on sharing, but decided to go for the keiki size since it was still a generous serving. I later thought nothing of it, thinking that the person was really just trying to be helpful, although I did text Nat (since she had texted me right after I posted a photo on Instagram that she was nearby) that I was just scolded at Samurai.
On our visit over the weekend, the same person was there. While another very helpful and friendly person rang me up at the register, the not-so-nice-person said "You're all done" in a very unfriendly tone, and ushered me to the side. Well, I wasn't all done, since I was still waiting for the receipt to print, which still needed my signature, and I still needed my credit card back.
Of course after this incident I had to look on a popular online review site to see if anyone else had the same kinds of issues with this person, and it was no surprise that I found several mentions of this not-so-nice person.
It's too bad, because the other employee was just so nice, and on other visits (where I bought just snacks) the other employees were always so helpful and friendly as well, but because of this not-so-nice person, I have no plans on ever going back.
