Rocky Road Brownies

A super easy way to dress up ordinary brownies is to turn them into Rocky Road Brownies!

All you do is make your favorite brownie recipe or mix (I used two packs of Ghirardelli Triple Fudge Brownie Mix, 2/3 c oil, 2/3 c water, 2 eggs), and once they're done baking, simply sprinkle on 1 1/2 c mini marshmallows, 1 c chocolate chips, and 1 c chopped peanuts.

They turned out so rich and decadent, that I had to cut each square in half into rectangles.

Easy and delicious!
