If you are a macaron super fan, you most likely know about Hawaii's very own Instagram sensation, Macarons by Tiffany. Usually booked months in advance, her homemade macarons are most definitely worth the wait.
Follow her on Instagram @macaronsbytiffany and either put yourself on the waitlist or email her when she's accepting orders. She currently has a 3 dozen maximum at $21 a dozen and pick up is only at her home in Makakilo.
I had a hard time choosing from her list of available flavors which include fruity pebbles, cookie butter, reese's peanut butter cup, butterfingers and more. But I narrowed it down to oreo, strawberry cheesecake and s'mores. My favorite was the s'mores! I probably ate the entire dozen by myself while my kids worked on the other two flavors. Tiffany's macarons are so delicious and perfectly consistent!

Currently she is only available on Oahu, but Vegas residents you are in luck. Tiffany and her twin sister Kristy are expanding the business and Kristy will be taking those amazing macs to Las Vegas at the end of the year.
