My Go-To Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe

When it comes to chocolate chip cookies, my "go-to" recipe is actually an old M&M's cookie recipe.  It's very similar to the Red's Amazing M&M's Brand Cookies recipe that Nat posted (in fact the recipe is called Red's Ultimate M&M's Cookies).  There are just a few differences in the quantities of some of the ingredients, and I simply use chocolate chips instead of M&M's.

The end result is a chocolate chip cookie that is crispy on the outside, but soft and chewy on the inside.

I have made these so often that I don't even need to look at the recipe when I'm in the mood for chocolate chip cookies.

Enjoy!
