Recently-Opened in Aiea - Pho 97 One

Over the weekend I met @darayoung at Pho 97 One,which just opened in May in Waimalu Plaza.

It was such a hot day, so I wanted a cool dish.  I ordered the Cold Vermicelli - Bun with Lemongrass Chicken, Mints, Cucumber, Bean Sprouts, and Peanuts in House Sauce.  It was a gigantic serving of noodles and chicken.  The flavor of the sauce was very subtle, so I added in some sauces to give it more of a kick, but overall, the dish was very good.

The Spring Rolls were very delicious.  They were stuffed with a mixture of crab, shrimp, pork hash, and veggies.  So good!

Dara ordered the Pho with Rare Steak, along with a smoothie.

Pho 97 One also offers a variety of smoothies and cold drinks - perfect for the hot weather we've been having lately!

Service was good, and whether you're craving something hot or cold, Pho 97 One has a great menu to choose from!
