Four Seasons Resort Oahu at Ko Olina recently launched Taco Tuesdays. Every Tuesday from 11am to 3pm (or until they sell out), Chef Ray German and the Fish House team cook up amazing tacos to feed hungry guests in the Ko Olina area.
A friend and I visited the Dub Box parked outside of Lagoon 1. The menu is simple - three varieties of Tacos at $4.75 each, sides of Elotes (Mexican Street Corn) and Guacamole Madness are $3 each, and Agua Frescas are $1.50 each.

I opted for the Tacos Al Pastor (Spicy Pork).
The taco was the best I've ever eaten. Seriously. A soft tortilla was filled with tender and flavorful pork, lots of cilantro (I love cilantro!), and pico de gallo. The taco did have a spicy kick to it, but nothing too overpowering.

My friend ordered the North Shore Shrimp Taco, which is the most popular variety. She enjoyed it, but thought the shrimp was a tad underseasoned.
Fortunately my friend and I got to the taco truck early, because a line of people snaked along the pathway after us.
We also were early enough to snag one of the few tables next to the truck (although I noticed most of the customers took their yummy eats back with them to the beach).
The tables are not shaded, so it was pretty hot while we dined, but we walked up to Fish House Restaurant to sit in the cool indoors and indulge in dessert after we devoured our tacos.
Next Taco Tuesday, look for the Dub Box at the Four Seasons Resort Oahu at Ko Olina, and give Chef Ray's tacos a try!
