BIC Tacos Kapolei

I first heard of BIC Tacos when Nat posted about her experience at the Honolulu location.

Taking into consideration the menu items she mentioned in her post, I made sure not to order what she did when my husband picked up food from the new Kapolei location.

I opted for the Grilled Chicken Bowl with "everything" - rice, beans, grilled onions and peppers, lettuce, cheese, salsa, sour cream, cilantro, pico de gallo, and onions, along with guacamole for extra.

The serving was so enormous, I was shocked!  It lasted me multiple meals!

Flavor-wise, everything was delish.  The chicken was seasoned perfectly, and all of the ingredients combined to create a very tasty meal.

My husband enjoyed the burrito, which was also very huge.  He could only finish half!  He chose the chorizo burrito, and also added "everything."

I also got a side of Chips & Queso (since eating tortilla chips with Mexican food is pretty much a necessity to me).  I thought the serving size of the queso was rather small for the price, but it was really good too.

The food was prepared quickly, and I was pleasantly surprised overall with how yummy everything was.

BIC Tacos in Kapolei will be a spot to return to whenever I'm craving quick, tasty Mexican food!
