About the 2016 Holiday Collection:
Honolulu Cookie Company’s 2016 Holiday Collection is the perfect balance between old and new, bringing back traditional Peppermint and Ginger Spice cookies, while continuing to welcome the newest flavor introduced this fall, White Chocolate Pumpkin. Made with fragrant winter spices and the finest ingredients, these limited edition seasonal shortbread cookies are freshly baked to perfection every day and arrive in beautiful keepsake boxes and tins.
Each year, the tradition of these seasonal flavors is celebrated with the release of limited edition tins featuring holiday designs that are uniquely inspired by Hawaii. The classic elements of winter are present with decorative flurries of wind and snow, but given a tropical warmth with the inclusion of Honolulu Cookie Company’s pineapple quilt design. The signature pineapple shape also carries throughout the cookies of the 2016 Holiday Collection.
This year’s Collection, the eighth since introducing the tins in 2009, also offers multiple exclusive collectibles making their debut, including the Mele 2016 Ornament, a beautiful and timeless ornament in our pineapple quilt design, and the Honolulu Cookie Company Mug, shaped like the body of a pineapple and perfect for enjoying a hot cup of cocoa with your cookies.
