Visit San Francisco: CityPASS

If you're visiting San Francisco and planning to visit some of the city's top tourist attractions, CityPASS can save you a lot of money.

The San Francisco CityPASS is valid for 9 days, and includes unlimited cable car rides plus admission to 4 popular attractions!  Each CityPASS booklet saves travelers 46% off 2016 regular admission prices.

The CityPASS offers: 7-day Cable Car and Muni Bus Passport, admission to California Academy of Sciences, the Blue & Gold Fleet Bay Cruise Adventure, the Exploratorium or de Young Museum, Aquarium of the Bay or Monterey Bay Aquarium.

Buy your pass online to get a printable voucher that you take to the first attraction you visit, and you'll get a CityPASS booklet in return. You can also request your booklet to be shipped to you or your hotel, or buy one at one of the included attractions.

It's a cinch to use CityPASS - just present the booklet to the location indicated on the ticket. At some attractions, CityPASS holders can skip lines. Just be sure not to remove any tickets - the attraction's representative must be the one to tear out the ticket, or else it will be considered invalid.  I used CityPASS at the California Academy of Sciences, the Blue & Gold Fleet Bay Cruise Adventure, and the Aquarium of the Bay, as well as on a Cable Car, with no problems whatsoever.

You'll also find coupons for discounts on attractions, shopping, and more!
